Câmara Municipal anula Ato do Poder Executivo

Câmara Municipal de Carrapateira aprovou por maioria absoluta na sessão de 19 de agosto de 2017 o Decreto Legislativo nº 002/2017 que susta os efeitos da Publicação da Lei nº 282/2017 de 02 de agosto de 2017 publicado no Jornal Oficial do Município – Ano XIX – nº 625 na data de 03 de agosto de 2017 da Senhora Prefeita Municipal.

A anulação do ato ocorreu em virtude de o Poder Executivo Municipal sancionar Lei nº 282/2017 de 02 de agosto de 2017 sem esperar a analise dos vetos pelo Poder Legislativo.

Tal pratica vai de encontro ao Art. 219, § 1 º e Art. 220 do Regimento Interno da Câmara, onde a mesma só poderia sancionar a Lei depois de decorrido o prazo regimental para analise dos vetos.
